Return & Refund Policy

Return is a process that involves a customer who intends to return a purchased item under acceptable reasons that are validated by Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd. This process will be validated under designated conditions depending on the type of product and according to the terms tied to it.

Requirements for a valid return:

• Valid order (Present order number) on www.banleong.com.my
• Valid return reason:
  1. Damaged/Faulty Item
  2. Received Wrong Item
• Return item will be go thru Quality Checking process by Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd. Only item in perfect condition and with full set, including accessories, freebies, product in perfect packaging will be accepted as valid return.
• Ban Leong Technologies only offers 7-day returns with full refund, allowing you to return the product within 7 days of first attempted delivery.
• As per Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd (www.banleong.com.my) return policy, customer need to fill in Online Return Form through the account register under banleong.com.my which is also the account used for relevant purchased order.
• Return request after 7 days of first attempted delivery will not be entitled for return & refund any longer.
• Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd reserved the rights to decline any returned order does not meet the requirements of the return policy.

Refund Types

1. Refunds from Cancelled Orders – Refund will be automatically triggered once cancellation is successfully processed.
2. Refunds from Returns – Once purchased item is returned to Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd and Quality Checking process is completed (successful), the refund will be processed for the returned item.
3. Refunds from failed deliveries – Refund process starts when the item has reached back to Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd. Kindly take note that this may take more process time depending on the area of customer’s shipping address.
4. Refund Time Frame – Please take note that the period below starts when Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd has processed your refund according to your refund type:
   • Credit Card/Debit Card – Within 14 working days
   • Bank Transfer/Online Banking – Within 14 working days
5. Working days does not include weekends and public holidays.
6. Kindly contact with live chat on-site or email to request for the receipt of refund once the refund process had been proceed successfully.
7. Any vouchers redeemed during purchase will not be entitled for refund. Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd will only refund the amount that customer have paid which does not include the amount of used voucher for cancellation nor return. This is because once the voucher is used, it can no longer be available for repurchase.
8. Any Free Shipping distributed by Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd will not be included in the refund amount. Unless customer paid extra shipping fees, then only the receiving refund amount will include item price plus shipping fee incurred.
